Lessons Earned

When: Wednesday, March 10, 2010, Noon - 1:00 pm

Speaker

Colleen Harmon, PMP, County of SLO GSA IT Department.

Brief Description

Lessons Earned

Meeting the project objectives; managing scope, budget, and schedule; these are all tremendously valuable to the project team and organization. But when the project's done, what contribution does "lessons learned" make? An invaluable one! Let's look at why lessons are earned as well as learned, and why they're key to your organization's future success.

 Bio

Colleen Harmon is employed by the County of San Luis Obispo's GSA Information Technology department. She provides project leadership for County software projects that range from single department financial systems to multi-agency software implementations. Colleen is a fairly new PMP having passed the examination in 2009. Her favorite part of managing projects is the planning and the celebrations!
